Equestrian Fitness Scotland is eprfect for you! You only pay for classes you book into - you can purchase them one at a time for as little as £2.50 or in bulk to save. There is no time limit so you can do them at your own pace and in your own time.

WHY NOT JUST USE YOU TUBE?

We offer the flexibility and variety of You Tube workouts, but the sports specific expertise of an equestrian PT. Our workouts are all designed by former Commonwealth athlete and current Scottish Equestrian Performance Squad trainer, Lauren Semple. We can help guide you to the perfect classes for your ability, goals and equestrian sport.

I NEVER HAVE TIME TO WORK OUT

We have downloadable classes, so you can fit them in around your busy schedule. They vary in length with many around 20 minutes in length for a short but effective workout - as a mother with horses and a full time job I know what its like to try and squeeze fitness in!

WHAT MAKES IT EQUESTRIAN SPECIFIC?

We work closely with top equestrian human physiotherpaists. This has given us a deep understanding of which core and stablising muscles require strength in order to improve strength, stability, posture, coordination and fitness in the saddle. Whether you're getting back in the saddle, a keen amateur or a top level elite athelte - keeping these key muscles fit and strong will help performance and injury prevention.

DO I NEED EQUIPMENT?

No! We have designed our classes so no equipment is needed for most of them. Classes which do require weights can easily be substitued for heavy house hold objects - grab that bag of sugar!
